unrighteousness
noun
In Jewish tradition
The Torah forbids it in judgment and in weights and measures, meaning courts and shops must both be fair.
Interpretation. The rabbis read this as a command to judge fairly without favoring the poor or the great. They teach that each person must be judged by fairness alone.
