In the lessons

An everyday word for bedtime, bath time and PE: «Undress for your bath», «Get undressed for bed». Privacy and safety: your body is private; you get changed in private spaces, and no one should make you undress or take photos — tell a trusted adult if this happens.

Regular verb. «Get undressed» is more common in speech than «undress». Opposite: dress, get dressed.

In Jewish tradition

In the Torah, an "undressed" vine is one left unpruned, which grows wild during the Sabbatical and Jubilee years.

Interpretation. Tradition holds that in the seventh and fiftieth year the land rests, and the unpruned vine reminds that the land belongs to God.
