Adjective. Followed by «about» or «whether»: «undecided about the trip», «undecided whether to go». In survey maths, the undecided are a separate group: if 30 children were asked and 12 said yes and 9 said no, then 30 − 12 − 9 = 9 were undecided. Opposite: decided, sure.
