troubler
noun
In Jewish tradition
Achan (Achar) was called the troubler of Israel because he took forbidden goods and brought defeat. Ahab also called Elijah this.
Interpretation. Tradition reads Achar's story as a warning that one person's sin can harm everyone. Elijah's reply to Ahab is that the real troubler is the king who abandoned God.
