Note

An adverb made from «local» + «-ly». Spelled with double l: «locally». It describes where something happens, not when. «Locally» does not mean «only cheap» or «small quality»; it just means nearby. Not usually a maths word, though in advanced maths «locally» means «in a small neighbourhood».
