inwardly

adverb

«inwardly» in the English dictionary: in Jewish tradition — its meanings, how the lessons use it, and examples, each with its tree on Mova.

In Jewish tradition

In the Psalm it means in the heart, in secret, in contrast to what is said aloud.

Interpretation. Tradition teaches that God knows the heart, so words that sound like blessings cannot hide what a person really feels inside.

Meaning
