Note

Uncountable. Pronounced AR-ni-ca. Myth/trap: there is little strong scientific proof that arnica heals bruises faster; homeopathic «arnica» tablets contain almost none of the plant. Safety: use on unbroken skin only, never swallow the plant or cream.
